NSDAP Token/medallion - Genuine??

Please tell me what you think of this item, thank you.
A friend wants to buy it, but I think it's post war made. It's of a lightweight material, probably aluminium.
The old lady who is trying to sell it to him doesn't have pics, but going by the description it is like the one on germanwarbooty.
