NSFK glider insignia

Hello,

I have come across this badge. I have identified it as a glider pilot proficiency badge, third class. I have seen the same badge with two birds but not three in this design. Does anyone have an opinion on it?

I have a well rounded NSFK collection and have a number of machine embroidered versions of the NSFK A. B and C certifications in my collection. I have never seen one with that kind of backing. However, doesn't mean it isn't good, just never seen one with that kind of backing before.
