I just knew what it appears to be.

My knowledge is tee-tiny on the authenticity of cuff titles with many forum members better qualified
for that judgement. They'll chime in.

My mother told me: "Be aware of what you do and don't know Joey".
    As usual, mother knows best...........

    Joe is a champ.
I think the piece is good, but it is not an SS item. It is for the NSKK. I think it was instituted once Huehnlein died, if I am not mistaken.Click image for larger version.

As said before, this sort of cuff was being granted to the NSKK.
If this one is original is hard to say. It is faked for many years.
    Anyway since the later 1970's.

NSKK-Obergruppenführer Seydel noted the name Adolf Hühnlein
would be a part for the NSKK for ever. This occured June 20, 1942.
The same day or about the same day, Motorgruppe Hochland from
Munich, was renamed into Motorgruppe "Adolf Hühnlein".

In the Mitteilungsblatt der Reichszeugmeisterei nr.13 from October 1,
    1942
the cuffband was noted to be a new entry (item - Neuzugang)
with article-number 471/15. The 15 means it was the fifteenth cuffband
to be used by the NSKK. If it indeed took until October before the cuffband
was official, I do not know. It is known too me that for example the cuff
"Bernd Rosemeyer" already was worn at his funeral. With Hühnlein it is
for sure, this cuffband was not worn then at that day. The group of wearer's
for Rosemeyer was limited. For Hühnlein it was a fact for all members of the
    Motor-group of Hochland.

These price-lists always do cause me a smile. The embroidered cuffband
did costs in those days R.M. 0,75
