This appears to be a commercial helmet. It has no resemblence to a NSKK sturzhelm. The stamp for me is spurious.

FURTHER THOUGHTS
There would be no reason for a true NSKK sturzhelm to not be manufactured in the standard pattern in black leather. This manufacturer would further be required to submit a sample to the Reichs Zugmeisterei(RZM)to gain approval to make such a piece. The finished product at this date would also require a RZM tag. At this date, it would have been furnished with the 2nd pattern eagle as per the images.

Very fine looking helmet you have Bob
Can i see the inside Bob? I am looking at one at the moment. The emblem/cockarde have been removed. The flag in the neck as well. Does your helmet still have the flag? They were more than often removed by the drivers. It's from the Nationalssozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps Motor-Standarte 81 based in Regensburg.
