it's a NSKK Kraftrad Überanzug (pic of the NSDAP Orgabook 1st edition 1937).
How where the collars applied? where they usually removable? Sean
Thanks Pascal, i havent seen this type of attachment on any of my SA tabs, so another lesson thank you Sean
I think it's likely that the SA also used these jackets prior to the Motor SA becoming amalgamated with the NSKK, but I've never found specific documentation.
The Drillich tunic and the SA white summer tunic also normally had removable screwback collar tabs, but they are very uncommon to find.
