    Hello Everybody!
    I hope some of you are interested by the NSKK!

    One of my NSKK grouping start in 2007 finish in 2011!

    You can see a uniform of "NSKK-Obersturmann" of the "Motorgruppe Danzig / Westpreussen".
    The "Motorstandarte 206" were based on "Reichenberg" (now liberec).
    All items are original and some of there are of the same man (cap & uniform).

    If you want some détails no problem!

    The arm eagle and chevron did not exist in 1936, nor in the years 1937 and 1938.

    It was introduced in 1939 and announced April 1, to be worn since June 1
    (publication in the NSKK Verordnungsblatt der Korpsführung nr. 4 from April 1, 1939).

    The wearing of the ranking insignia at the cap was published in the same periodical
    nr.3 from March 15, 1939.

    The rank is NSKK-Sturmmann according a plate from the Verordnungsblatt 3/39. Not
    Obersturmmann

    So your 1936-1939 is not correct at all. It should be 1939-1945.

    Hello!
    Thank you for you comment and informations!
    I always make mistake with the rank!
    Before 1939 it's NSKK-Mann, NSKK Sturmann,...
    After 1939 it's NSKK-Sturmmann, NSKK-Obersturmmann,....

    Do you happen to know when the NSKK introduced its own distinct shoulder boards?

    Walter: Sorry, I do not quite understand the question with "own distinct"?

    In the regulation from May 4, 1934 no shoulder-strap was to be worn;
    In the regulation from January 11, 1935 one was worn with a backing-color for the brigade existing from 4 cords in the two-color system, which is also according the district (in fact largely as with the SA).
    This is the small plate;

    "NSKK-Obersturmann Motorgruppe Danzig / Westpreussen" (1936-1939)

    In the regulation from December 1, 1936 it was as shown with the plate included (the large plate with seperate text). Nothing changed in the form as far as I know;

    "NSKK-Obersturmann Motorgruppe Danzig / Westpreussen" (1936-1939) "NSKK-Obersturmann Motorgruppe Danzig / Westpreussen" (1936-1939)

    Per orders from November 28, 1940: one shoulder-strap within Germany according to the old traditions (an die stolze Kampfzeit erinnern) ; two in the occupied countries to adapt to military standards (aus rein militärischen Gründen) when this was needed.
