hi is this a good badge or a fake?
The inscription on the back of this medal looks very crude and poorly done to me. All of the mother's crosses I have seen are clean and the cursive looks much better. Also, the corners on the silver sun beam are all even and they should be larger than any of the other rays.
Don't like it at all. The roundel is incorrectly placed and
the writing on the back looks like scribble.........

Compare inscriptions on this bronze cross....as all 3 cross types had the same signature facsimile. Regards Larry

It's a well known fake that's been doing the rounds for years. Saying that, I haven't seen this one for quite a while.

Sorry.....Not genuine for all of the reasons stated in the above posts. Even the neck ribbon is incorrect. Save your money.

Had never seen a fake MK before (always a first time for everything...)
As said, the ribbon but mainly the poor inscription on the back says it all!
