original ortsgruppenleiter tunic and pants?

hi, im finally going to try and get my first political item and this is coming up for sale soon and I want to go for it, however I am never 100% sure if its original or not, while I don't doubt the place selling it as I have bought nice items from them in the past I just want to make sure its original before I throw every cent I have towards it, im new to political uniforms and look forward to collecting them however at the moment I know nothing on them and any help would be great!, thanks!

(ps yes I already know the armband is not correct for the tunic as that was noted in the description)

Looks like a fine pre 1939 pattern tunic. It is possible that the owner started an upgrade in the insignia and never completed it. The armband would have been the most obvious upgrade. If it appears to be period original, then leave the armband. If not, it is an easy fix.
