Are these perhaps from the early or mid 1930`s? i have tried to get info. om who would have used these (the conductor, driver etc.), but i would appreciate help here since i do not know.

Maybe it is used before the end of the war, but it would not be uncommon when it
would be worn after the war also.
In the F.W. Assmann (permanent) cataloque the device is shown as number 14462
and can exist in silvered or golded metal.
It was worn by all of the employees from a specific concern. In spite of the many
photographs available about this subject I do not have one that shows the specific
device.
