Ortsgruppe Collar Tabs

I was hoping to receive some opinions on the the below collar tabs I've recently come across. I've not yet purchased them but they appear to be ok to me. These tabs are without an RZM tag.

This paygrade did not exist at the Ortsgruppe level. It is one rank above the highest Ortsgruppe pay grade. In other words, the tabs are not period.
