Otto Gahr 1933

I'm trying to find some information on this piece that has come into my possession.

From the base of the pole top it measure 23 inches in height and exactly 12 inches wide.

Unfortunately the swastika is gone, but I would love to know more about the piece before parting with it this weekend

I forgot to mention that the only marks on the piece are:

1933 and Otto Gahr

The date is 1923 and this is a badly damaged top for the Deutschland Erwache standard. A rare and valuable piece, even in this poor condition with the eagle's wings bent and missing swastika.

I have attached a photo of one in better condition.
