    I got this pin at a flea market. Any info on it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    It is a original (RAD) Reichsarbeitdienst Assmann & Söhne Honor stick pin.

    Hi Dave from what I understand and I am not a 100% sure but they were awarded to members or non members for (continued) work and/or support in the NSAD.

    It is my understanding that the 'gold' colored one is the actual 'honor' version of this award.

    I should have notated that these are two different pins...not the same. Here are mine...one is the 'Arbeits Dank' version and the other is the standard version with no writing. Both of these pieces are red...compare my 'Arbeits Dank' pin to Dave's...you will see a big difference in the enamel color.
