Police Badge Dated 1942 & Political Leader's Visor Cap Eagle w/RZM mark: original pieces?

These phote so were emailed to me so I didn't get to see them up close, but both look pretty good to me (hopefully I'm developing a discerning eye!) From the photos I don't see markings on the police badge and I can't quite make out the RZM code on the cap eagle, but it looks like maybe M1/47 (Christian Theodore Dicke, Lüdenscheid) or M1/17 (E W. Assmann & Sohne, Lüdenscheid.) What do you all think...good or bad?
