It looks like the one I owned many years ago. These evidently were designed for wear with civilian clothing. I have never seen a photo of one being worn. However, they are period and original. Photos of any armband worn on civilian clothing are seldom seen. An example is the SA Wehrmannschaft armband.

Ok, picked it up. I just picked up a RAD cap, so will fit perfectly. Thank you all for all the great info.
