RAD Cap Badge - Traditional? Gau?

Article about: I've been told that this badge is one of the traditional badges worn on the RAD cap. Can anyone please confirm and where can I find a list of all the different badges worn? Thank you. Tom

At a glance it looks okay, but the seamen is totally round.
This is weird! I have not ever seen this before.
You mentioned markings. I don't see any?

I meant as far as the yellow part... Being different and stands out from the other Edelweiss that exist..
The lines around each circular part... I am probably wrong again... I thought this might be Rad related, based on my humble observances... Thanks Mr. Saris for taking to time to respond....... G

It is a very, very close look-a-like. It might be RAD related, but the yellow part is quite round,
which one does not see in the official drawing or sample, shown by the RAD Reichsleitung.
Later this day I will scan some of my material and show it here. Then you can see for yourself
what I mean! Now I have to go.

As promised Edelweiss-forms for the RAD, starting with the
round, yellow inset as shown by GWAR, to compare:

In the Verordnungsblatt der RAD (Reichsleitung) an announcement was made,
showing the first form of flower:

and close-up from the yellow inner. See it is NOT round.

wartime versions "in stock" with a slight smaller size.

With none of the shown samples for the RAD-versions, nor the political or the
army version, the yellow inner is round!!
