RAD-Gruppe 213 was in the Wahlscheid area, which is a district of Lohmar in Rhein-Sieg-Kreis in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The Abteilung's in that area were:

In my opinion, a perfectly original RAD related Tagungsabzeichen.

Not concerned I think with a specific RAD sports meeting and instead, an attendance promoting a national event relating to the embrace of Physical Education.

Possibly quite a rare RAD Tagungsabzeichen as I do not recall this little chap appearing in Tieste. I will however check when time permits.
