Waldmann I like post 10. This is a very, very rare badge. You hardly see them offered.

When I collected I owned one too. Got it after 10 or 15 years in Germany.
The introduction-order and photos are in volume 5 for the series "Headgear of Hitler's
    Germany
". A photo of wearing as well (pages 436-437).

The Silesian eagle also is nice, a pity the prongs from many are missing.
This badge was in the book on pages 428-429. I have never seen a photo where it actually
    is being worn.

For those that are interested: I do have available five copies from the book mentioned,
cheaper then elsewhere (65,- euro, including shipping by registered mail and track & trace).
The last ones I have! I eventually can sign and write a dedication into it! PM me......

    Thanks Waldmann,
I see you have the better magazines as "Military Advisor" and "'IMM"
and so you know for quite some time my various articles about the
    RAD traditions cap badges.

As I have told before I did collect these RAD traditions cap badges for years.
Some years ago I sold the whole lot (about 60-65) of badges. There were various
metal variations, badges with safety pins and prongs and so on.

In last mid-January I decided to re-start. This is what I got so far. I am not in
a hurry to get others, but one never knows what one sees as shows or being
    offered for a reasonable price.
When I first started hardly any of these badges in late 2000 was priced over $ 100,-
(the crosses horse-heads, one most often to be found, was about $ 50,-). This is
quite different these days. For some ridiculous prices are asked. Maybe my articles
and the including of them in volume 5 from the headgear-series, are to be blamed!!
