    Waldmann: Great to see indeed the first form (two leaves at right and one at left,
    as seen from the viewer), according to order VW 2. I. 7301 - 3734/38 from July
    12, 1938. It is a pity a small piece is broken from the stem.

    Interesting stuff...I wasn't aware there was such a vast array of traditions badges for RAD...why was that? If RAD was formed under the Third Reich, what is the traditional background of these badges?
