Any opinons? i thought it looked ok and i got it for about $25. If TR era any idea what event it was from?

It is fine. It is from the 1939 Nuremberg Rally in september that never happened.
It was cancelled on short notice, as one day before the planned date on September 1st, Germany began its offensive against Poland.
