Hello Friends!
I am not a great RAD collector, but I have this helmet!
This helmet is a "ReichsArbeitsDienst Stahlhelm", the RAD insignia is made by "Methner und Bürger".
We see exactly the same insignia in the book "The-Helmet-Decals-of-the-Third-Reich" by Ken-Niewiarowicz page 253.
The helmet is not complet but I really love it!
For me this helmet is more rare than a WSS helmet...

I understand what you mean ;-)
I am NOT a helmet collector (more uniform and cap) but before have this helmet I have show it to some other Helmet collector (French, English and German). And nobody say bad think about it...

I know a other RAD helmet with camo painted in a French collection!
I hope to have it a day...

I also like this helmet. There has been little study in to the variant RAD decal manufacturers. I believe there were more than two manufacturers and someday, study will become available on the subject.
