I was wondering what the diffrence is between Luftschutz? RLB stands for Reichsluftschutzbund (State Air Protection Group) right, but luftschutz and RLB have diffrent insignias so what is the diffrence?

The other Luftschutz-organizations were those that executed what they had learned at the courses and schools from the RLB, for example this were the Luftschutz-Warndienst (LSW), Werkluftschutz, Selbstschutz or Sicherheits- and Hilfsdienst (SHD), etc. These persons were never allowed to wear the shown eagle. They had their own specific insignia. They took care for Luftschutz-matters in cities, factories or whereever, closely cooperating with the fire-brigades.
