I also am not a fan of these. The enamel does look strange and finish of rear looks off to me.
And domed pin plate,I also have never seen a button hole setup.

I was given this over the weekend,have not seen one like this on the net.as they are more showy.This is a non enameled copper version cap badge.Appears to be unused.
