just picked up this cap eagle is it marked on the back 11/17

Is it SA or something else?

Your eagle is the standard1937 pattern political eagle worn by the SA on their kepis and also the visor caps worn by officials of the Hitler Youth, and NPEA. The same pattern eagle in gold was worn by NSDAP political leaders and members of Ordensburg on their visor caps.
