Although I have been collecting since 1956, I long ago learned that not having seen something is not always a good method of judgement of originality. I do look at this item and have the following comments. The quality of construction does not seem up to that of the period. As it is a political item, I would expect some form of RZM control mark. Finally, what purpose would it serve? My feelings are negative towards this item.
