A wartime shirt should definitely have RZM tag. The schiffen is not of a construction I have encountered before. I would pass on all of this.

The stamp is total fantasy. The shirt should have a oil cloth label. Anything marked RZM should also have a manufacturer's code. All junk. The seller is someone to avoid. He is either clueless or a fraudster.
