I'd love to have one of those RAD patches one day.

The standard one, small or large doesn't matter. The area I live in has seen lots of these camps in the 1930-1940 period, 19 to be exact. Most of these are located in fields but one (a RADwJ one) was located in a forest which I completely hunted out with a metal detector. Had the privilege to find many relics including porcelain with the marking you see in my avatar. One of those patches would be a great addition to my collection.

These are out there but can take some time till they pop up for sale.
Large white (Hard to find) This is used on the vest.
Small gray on black (Hard to find) These are used on the top left breast of the track suit.
YES!! Nice shirt with NSRL/DRL eagle. The governing body before the DRL was the DRA then the NSRL witch designed the eagle you see there and when the DRL took over they adopted the eagle design also. Some times these wraps on the shirt are snapped on so they can be removed, is yours snapped on?
The common shirts you will find are the HJ, Police, Luftwaffe and HEER these range from $100 to $300. Often you will find shirts with patches put on later so it is still important to check the stitching holding the patch on with a black light. The more patches on it the more valuable it can be. Some times you will see up to 4 or more patches in the bottom left for awards, events or clubs that that person belonged to.
Wonderful collection and a great accompanying thread. I have but a few sports patches and have been considering expanding on them for some time. This may be this push l need. Thanks for sharing Gunny.

Hi Gunny, All is sewn onto this one, a type 3 shirt, also named, and passes every test in the book!
HJ
(Hitlerjugend)
Hitler Youth
You will find many versions or makes of insignia used for sports but some were also used for non-sport related armbands and uniforms. Such as the square swastika that is also the same patch used on the HJ armbands and the diamonds are also used on the main uniform.
This is vary rare and I have seen 3, 2 of witch I own. This is the 1st approved design for the HJ before the diamond, so if you are just a HJ collector this is a must have. This one is chain stitched.
(one of a kind)
This is the square used for armbands and sport shirts. (Common)
This is a wrap that was taken off of a shirt like the one above. (Hard to find) loose.

These in this Photo are on there way to me soon but till then what you have here are several different make and sizes of HJ diamonds along with a Bevo version of the HJ.
You also have the color cuff titles, I do not know much about these but I do know there is a Ski one that many consider one of the most elusive 3rd Reich patches, I did recently see one sell at auction these are also heavily copied There are 4, a Red, Green, Yellow and white. Then you have the DJ, this is another one that I have only seen 2 of.
I have been told before that I should not do things like this because I will create competition. This is true but I am interested in seeing what is yet to be found, and help others and in the meantime maybe some one that sees this has something that I need and will help me. So go for it Hummel and any help you need just ask and I will do what I can to help.
