anyone have any idea what the marking "T.V./K.L.AU" (I think the last letter is a U) means? I was told the markings were consistant with Auchwitz but that can't be the case seeing as it's marked 1937.

A fantasy item. If this was manufactured for the S S, it would have a RZM manufacturer's code applied. It does appear that some poorly educated faker tried to mark this for Auchwitz, which of course did not exist at this time.
4th Reich garbage I am afraid.

Have to agree - Bogus. Will it never end ? There won't be anything left
in Europe without SS markings on it somewhere......... !
