Strange NSDAP button?

Good afternoon to all,
I would like to know your feeling about this button. It looks like a Nsdap button but the location of the haken Kreuz is different.
A bad copy or else.
It is marked "194" and "MCR" on the back...

However I would like more precisions, that button is not very common with the angled swastika?
And why an angled swastika? Is it another version? Late or early?
