TR Diplomatic items

I've been told these are diplomatic items. There are a bullion patch, a lanyard and a hat cord. Do these look original? Are they diplomatic items? What do the "acorns" on the lanyard stand for? Are these rare?

The lanyard is a Army Marksmanship award 3rd class I believe , and has nothing to do with diplomatic corps . The hat cord looks to be standard officers issue , but hard to tell from the small photo . The eagle is Administration Officials sleeve badge , Ministerialrat ,group II officials , pay grade AIa . not sure if its good or not . Hope this helps.

Diplomatic sleeve insignia is a reproduction or fake...sorry
