Not my area of expertise, but looks like it might be an East German fireman's tunic or something similar. If that is indeed what it is, that would place it in the time period between 1949 - 1990.

I might go with a Slavic nation. The DDR fireman's uniforms looked pretty much like their wartime forebears. This to me looks Romanian or originating in that area of Europe. I could be very wrong though. Wait for the advice of someone who can say for sure.

Certainly not wartime. It's Austrian, and there was no Austria in WW2.
It's a post-war fire brigade uniform for the rank of Hauptfeuerwehrmann.

It was thought that the tunic of the sample 1932
Material - wool, the structure is similar to the Wehrmacht fabric.
