G'day Didier,
It doesn't match any DLV donation tinnies in Cassidy/Alexanders Donation Badges, Pins and Pendants of the Third Reich.
Hope this little bit of info helps mate.

It is either a cap emblem or for a collar tab...not sure which though. I remember reading a thread a while back and some thought that this was the insignia for SA pilots...but Wim Saris proved that wrong. My guess would be that it is tied to the DLV.
