can anyone help me on what exactly is this pin please. came with a large grouping

i know its kyffhauserbund but dont know if a long members pin or a leaders pin?

It's the Kyffhäuser-Verdienstkreuz in Gold. Apparently post-war, at least it looks exactly like the current issue.
