    The plaque from above the front door of Jerry B's house....???

    I think it is a old fire insurance plaque,the swastika was a good luck symbol and the phoenix the company. so Ned almost got it right.

    Not to put too fine a point on it, but this is neither a dragon nor a phoenix; it's a griffin.

    Griffin is probably a last name.. "Good luck to the Griffin's".. A wedding plaque..
