What organization is this man's uniform?
No responses yet so here is my feeble input. It appears to be a civil service uniform. The person in the photo has a party badge on the left pocket.
The shape of the shoulder boards make me think it is fairly early - 1933-1936. The lack of collar insignia and any details on the shoulder boards makes it difficult for me to elaborate. Anyone with a deeper knowledge of uniforms might be able to ID it based on the visor hat. I searched and could not locate anything matching. NH
It seems to me that it may be a uniform of some driver (black trimming on the hat), or maybe a porter ...?
