No, they are donation badges that were sold during the Tag der Wehrmacht event on the 16th & 17th of March 1940. There are 20 total in the set. They were sold by the Winterhilfswerk Organization.

This just arrived with a bunch of other stuff. This series is known as 'Die seben Schwaben' or 'The Schwaben seven'. It was collected in Gau 30 Schwaben during the GSS. These are harder to find pieces and the lance is very rare to find.

The Brothers Grimm wrote a tale about 'Die seben Schwaben' published in Kinder- und Hausmärchen. Traditionaly Swabians were depicted as being prudish or even simpletons. The expressions and poses of some of these pieces makes a whole lot more sense once you understand the story behind them!

The photos are pretty bad...it was a hard piece for me to photograph. But you'll get the idea..
