It's obviously a donation token...but I agree with Eric that it probably isn't associated with the WHW Organization.
I really like it though...I haven't seen one like it before.

Hey everyone!
Well we had a fantastic SOS...it was nice to see a few of you there.
I picked up three new donation cans for my collection. The first one is the oldest as you can see that it has been relabeled a few times in its life. It was likely hung in a public place for donations...you can see where it was suspended and where they used a key to open the bottom up to get the money out. The Wurttemberg 'shaker' style can is one of my favorites...its a rarely seen can and has the early WHW adler design on it. The Gau Bayreuth can I already had but this one has its original lock/seal still intact. I had wondered all of these years how they locked these Bayreuth cans...now I have my answer!

Yeah I saw them Wednesday evening during the dealer setup and didn't get them. I went back Thursday morning and snagged them. Maybe I showed them to you at our table?
