Hey Dave,
There are some DLV pieces like this from the TR period. There are a few examples in our second book...we were not able to find anything concrete as to the meaning. Perhaps someone will come along and enlighten us. Our working assumption was that it is some sort of local club or organization that worked along with the DLV.

It's rarer for sure...we don't see them hardly ever. It is a nice piece to add to the collection for sure!

Yeah...like I said I asked some contacts if they knew what the DELA stands for but nobody seems to know. We wanted the info for our book but couldn't find it.
