Wessel--that first one has to be the nicest Zoll tunic I have seen--is it doeskin?
Unfortunately, this organisation is very underappreciated (with the exception of the daggers).
Must have been one of the first tunics in my first collection.
Nobody wanted them a that time as well.

It took me 3 months to empty that factory.
Those are just a small part of the whole collection.
Most of the 19 th century dies are marked Pickard London, but I never found anything on the net concerning thise guy.
Yes, Stonemint, it is doeskin and has a lovely sheen to the cloth. The maker is 'Eduard Sachs' of Berlin, Hamburg and Dresden and I think it would have been an expensive buy!
Phil, the ribbon bar is my own but the loops are wide so, as you say, he would have been a well decorated veteran of the Great War.
