Armband fake or real?

Article about: Just bought this one today. I know nothing about the armbands so I would appreciate the help. Does not have a tag. The reason I'm skeptical is the fact the fact that its so clean..although,

    As a child, I fished at a catfish farm in Conroe, TX. many of times. Born and raised--and still here--in Sugar Land, TX. (Sienna Plantation, actually).
