I like the construction of it. Curious to see the "oben" arrow on this one on the account it does not have the pip in the center of swatz. I would wait for Bob Coleman to chime in. I value his opinion greatly. Good luck. BTW you may want to post a straight on shot of it.

I am guessing no pip because it is a Kreisleitung level department leaders armband with white piping on top/bottom edge, but would wait for Bob's wise words to confirm authenticity. I like the look of it, and would guess it's a 1st pattern by the quality of the stitching and overall appearance, compared to the 2nd pattern versions. Again, why the 'oben' stamp??

Anzel, if you look closely at leaves on the borders, you will notice that the leaves can point up or down depending on how you hold it. So the "oben" arrow is there for the tailor to align the leaves in the correct orientation. Which, from viewing some period photos, still did not always happen.

This is a genuine example with the proper "J" code for metalic embroidery. We have just had another example posted here:
    NSDAP Supreme Department Leader armband
This piece has a "F" code on the RZM label for synthetic embroidery.
