It looks good but I'm suspicious because the badly worn-out stamp mark is so small.

I actually think that is residue from an old price sticker, not a stamp

Well it should have an eagle stamp, and I can't even see the remains of it. It's likely that it has just been worn out, besides that I'm pretty sure it's genuine.

Looks good...Correct material, proper construction and stitching...These would be stamped when issued, not when produced...well done!
