Hi guys! My "first" badge wasn't a good one, so I'm on the hunt!

What do you have to say about this?
I've learned from you that there is a coffin style on badges that really screams "FAKE ALERT"
But this one isn't a coffin to me. Am i right?

Thank you all for your support!

Is it the same producer as this one Greenhorn is showing?
The official, "unofficial", Party badge thread.

    Gustav Hahl M1/62

I'm sorry if you think "what a dumb question" but I have to ask

    Hello Wewelsburg
It is indeed an original party badge made by Gustav Hähl.
It looks to be in very good condition.
The pin plate is NOT coffin shaped but a nice oval in the original raised area.

Below is the Coffin shaped pin to be wary of...

You are of course absolutely correct, Wewelsburg --- perfectly fine original badge with what I would class an earlier style attachment as compared to the typical perfectly machined round pin plate ones usually sees on M1 badges. Taking into account the obverse design, attachment and transitional style reverse markings I would say it's an early badge from this period.

$50 would be an excellent price
This particular badge would be around worth around $70
And it is nice early example

    Good luck
