Hi Jonno,
The oval shaped "0" kills this badge. It should be round like this "O". That and the lettering in general that is too thick condemn this copy of the Deschler 30.5mm badge without having to look any further at it.
Regards, Ned.

We shall stick it out to the end, but we are getting weaker of course, and the end cannot be far.
It seems a pity, but I do not think I can write more. R. SCOTT.

One of Tony Oliver's I think you will find from the 1970's.

A poor fake. Doesn't resemble the obverse of a real Deschler at all, the detail of the leafs is just hideous, same goes for that font... No offense but it's rather ugly considering what it's trying to resemble --
Thanks ned and. Ade.......I Knew it was a copy. Wasn't sure how old. Thought it might have been old.ish....but not as old as a To. copy. 😉
Thanks again guys.
Hi John
It's a fair copy, I guess. It would suit as a $5 space filler, if one so chooses, until an authentic badge came along.

In this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig. CE
