Luftshutz Air Warden pin... IMHO... Many different opinions are sure to follow...G
A maker mark I have never seen before as well..
Flugmeldedienst membership badge for females.
I always thought they had to be numbered. Josef Preissler is the only maker of these that I know of, hope I'm wrong.
The makers mark on your badge is thought to possibly be Otto Schickle, unconfirmed however.

This is an air raid protection “Flugmeldedienst“ aircraft spotters badge. I had one about year ago I traded to a fellow collector. Mine had an ES for Erhardt & Söhne AG Schwäbisch-Gmünd. It did also have a number on it and I think should have the serial number. Sorry I don't have a picture to share with you. I think though that Tom is correct it might be Otto Schickle OS in diamond but unsure. I would see who else opines. Tinnies & Badges are not my expertise. Thanks for posting.
