Painted NSDAP Pin Care

What is the best way to display this pin. Is there any way to stop/reduce further paint loss?

The best way is to leave it alone, and try to not mess with it as much as possible. I have mine in Riker mount boxs to protect them.

I have ruined many of my nice items messing with them, instead of leaving them as they are. (Learned my Lesson the Hard Way)

Was there something spilled on it to cause the paint to start removing?

Hi Brian, yes I would just leave it. The paint on these bages does come off quite easily.
