Parteiabzeichen RZM 1/25

Article about: Hello there, are there any known fakes of Party Badges with RZM 1/25 marker? I've bought 2 pieces and one of it has the RZM 1/25 on its back, so I want to know. Best regards

A bit uncommon to see a wide pin plate on a late war painted badge but it looks OK --- no worries on these badges otherwise, both are just fine.

    Thanks a lot!
But how old is the badge with the "RZM 8" marker? I am a bit confused, because it's not "RZM M1/8".

No problem! The RZM 8 badge (Ferdinand Wagner) would be a transitional badge, meaning around 1933-35, before the M1 system came into effect.

And the painted badges are from the late war, that means 1943-45, if I remember correctly?

    Hi Landser,
thanks for uploading the pictures of your badges.
It turns out to be a nice pair that you have.
The RZM 8 badge as stated by Slados is indeed an early Wagner example
The badge that you thought was M1/52 turns out to be a M1/25 badge now I look at your pictures made by Rudolf Reiling and is in my opinion quite a rare badge.
It is a first for me to see a zinc painted badge by this maker.
    Good find
