Default German Officers Open Claw Belt

I'd like to get some thoughts on this Belt with an Open Claw Buckle. I don't know if it's post war or not, never really saw another with this type of attachment. No MM on the Buckle. Leather Belt is MM'd with a size. I assume it's some sort of officers belt. Thanks, Rob.

Rob, looks like you have a parade belt that is being used along with a Zweidorn buckle. have a look at these links and it will show you what the configuration should look like

That is NOT what Ben said and you are with all due respect, totally wrong.

The shown configuration is both well documented and well known. Essentially, a cleverly designed and "loose" open gate rectangular buckle that is capable of fitting to a "loose" traditional configuation, Political type leather strap - appearing fully in simpatico.

Original and in my opinion, quite rare.

    David
