This is a first for me, never seen a police officer buckle by this maker, any chance of good macro shots of the buckle please?

First time I recall every seeing this maker on a RAD Leaders buckle. Most of these are Assmann or unmarked. I have see a Overhoff and one Dr. Franke.

There is more to see in the "world of RAD-buckle" manufacturers then Overhoff and Assmann.
Believe me.
The Gloerfeld reverse I did show in my article in the "Military Advisor" from winter 2004/2005:
Reichsarbeitsdienst Belts and Brocade Belts. Front and reverse were on page 16. Gloerfeld
was one of the later main suppliers. In the 1970's and 1980's one saw them quite often at shows
in Europe.



One can see them offered by Wilhelm Schröder (7063), Friedrich Linden (5563 for leather belt)
and (5834 for the brocade), Dr. Franke (6113) and/or Wilhelm Deumer (16090) for example.
I quickly had a look in my material, but there will be others for sure!

Images purloined from another forum of the quite rare Gloerfeld RAD Leaders buckle. Held then and when posted a year or so ago, by a Russian collector if my memory serves me.
