Prussian state Forestry buckle and belt, Assmann catalogue number 22319 These are not a very dynamic buckle most collectors want the teeth arm unit buckles but nice to have IMO

Prision/Penal used the same pattern buckle. Your looks like it is forestry because it has a little of the green backing on the belt. I don't think Prison had the green backing. Forestry had three color buckles gold, silver and an almost black. Different color for a different class uniform. Forestry belts have the double snap so you could change out your buckle. I have also gotten buckles like these on black, brown and green leather.
