Opinions on this Order of the Red Star, please?

I'm thinking about finally buying one, and was looking at this 1. The first one was researched and was awarded on june 21, 1944 #664739. These are the sellers pics. From looking at the other Orders here, the numbers on the back look right.

What a nice original item and quite a low number.
I am impressed that there is a citation available for these orders. I assume these would be available to anybody doing research from Russian archive cell?
